The Challenge

LuxeCart was a vision on paper — a luxury fashion brand with no digital presence, no customer base, and a tight launch timeline. The founders had a strong product vision but needed a partner to build their entire digital ecosystem from scratch.

Our Approach

We began with a comprehensive brand and market strategy session. Understanding that luxury buyers make decisions differently, we designed every touchpoint to communicate premium quality and exclusivity.

Phase 1: Brand & Store Foundation (Months 1–3)

  • Developed a luxury brand identity — logo, typography, colour palette, photography guidelines
  • Built a custom Shopify theme from scratch, designed to mirror a luxury retail experience
  • Implemented advanced product filtering, wishlist functionality, and a VIP loyalty program
  • Set up payment systems, shipping integrations, and customer service workflows

Phase 2: Traffic & Acquisition (Months 4–12)

  • Launched targeted Meta and Google Shopping campaigns focused on high-intent luxury buyers
  • Developed a content and SEO strategy targeting long-tail luxury fashion keywords
  • Implemented email marketing flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back
  • Partnered with 12 micro-influencers in the luxury fashion space for authentic brand visibility

Phase 3: Scale & Optimise (Months 13–18)

  • Scaled paid advertising budgets based on proven ROAS data
  • Introduced a subscription box product line, adding recurring revenue
  • Optimised product pages using A/B testing, increasing conversion rate from 2.1% to 4.8%
  • Expanded to international markets — UK and UAE — with localised store experiences

The Results

By month 18, LuxeCart had achieved $2M in annual recurring revenue — a milestone that the founders had set as their 3-year goal. The store's 4.8% conversion rate outperforms the fashion industry average by 3.2×, and the email list of 28,000 engaged subscribers has become their most valuable marketing asset.
